When you join Strength & Wellness Personal Training you’ll undertake an extensive health, lifestyle and functional movement assessment.
From this we design a program tailored to help restore any movement disfunction whilst achieving your individual goals.
Your program will include a range of tools including functional bags, kettle bells and suspension straps along with the more traditional equipment such as dumbbells and barbells.
Generally, your program changes every 4-6 weeks, enough time for you to see progress without your muscles getting to used to the exercises!
