Personalised Training Programs
We offer tailored programs designed to meet each client's individual goals and needs. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never been to a gym before or you’re an experienced gym goer who hasn’t trained for a while. After assessing your exercise and health history, I’ll create a personalised program to help you achieve optimal results.
Rehabilitation
Have you had an accident or injury? Do you have tightness or stiffness in a particular area of our body? With my studies as a Movement Restoration Coach, I can work with you (and your allied health professional) to get you moving again and feeling as good as new.


Strength Training
Our strength training sessions are aimed at helping you build muscle, increase strength, and improve overall fitness levels. We focus on proper technique and form to ensure safe and effective workouts.
Functional movement
Functional movement takes your joints through their full range of motion and engages the stabilising muscles. This is important in preventing injury and bringing efficient and healthy movement back to the body.


Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching
We believe in taking a holistic approach to your health and wellness. Are you getting enough sleep? Do you know how much protein, fat and carbohydrates you should be eating? Are you taking time out for yourself on a regular basis? We can complement your fitness training with habit, lifestyle and nutrition coaching.
Semi Private Training Sessions
Our personal training sessions are run on a semi-private basis with a maximum of 5 people per session. We find this creates a supportive and motivating environment.
Train alongside like-minded individuals and receive the attention you need to reach your fitness goals effectively. (Some people like to start out in private sessions – and thats always an option.)
